Enjoy this new home. It is located 1 minute from the Park, 10 minutes from Northlake Mall, 10 minutes from University Hospital, 12 minutes from UNC Charlotte, 17 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and 18 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport The space: This house has 4 bedrooms, 1 king bed and 3 queen beds. Sleeps up to 8 guests. 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. Amazing kitchen and living room. Guest access: Exterior door access will be given 1 days before arriving. Respect the neighbor.

A lot of restaurants , clubs, church, parks, etc around the neighborhood There's a lot of parking space in this community. You're also close to the I-77 and the I-85
