As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we’re currently undertaking a significant construction project from September 24, 2025, to March 1, 2026. We want to keep you informed about the construction phases and how they might affect your stay. Construction Period:• Dates: September 2025 to March 2026• Affected Units: Balconies will be completely inaccessible and have obstructed views.• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. Parking & Amenities: You will be charged a one-time fee that will apply to one vehicle. Each unit is provided with one parking spot assigned to the unit, but if you have more than one, extra fees will apply, and you will have to park in the spots that are marked yellow. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 11. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
