Phase 1: Initial Construction Period • Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024 • Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view. • Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday. Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact • Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025 • Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
