ALL TRANSACTIONS, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by our payment processor; this fee is not refundable. ✔Please note that the FEES MAY OR MAY NOT YET BE INCLUDED in the total when you book on third party platforms. We have the right to collect these fees separately if they are not reflected in the initial booking total. ✔CHECKOUT/CHECK-IN PROCESS: Check-in time is 4PM EST and checkout times are 11AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Depending on availability and subject to the team's approval, you can request for early check in or late checkout. Kindly confirm with team regarding the fees. ✔For lockouts (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) we reserve the right to charge a fee for helping gain re-entry. If lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) fee will is different. While we do treat regularly for pests, this is Florida, and the occasional pest is common. We do not issue refunds for pests, but we’re always happy to address any problems!
