Take advantage of the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and counter space to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen includes a center prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for quick lunches and snacks, and downstairs the dining room boasts an elegant table with seating for eight next to a handsome gas fireplace. Off the dining room, you'll find an attractive indoor area with an exercise pool, comfortable seating, and fitness equipment, including an elliptical and bike. The first level also includes a game room equipped with darts, a pool table, and plenty of seating, plus access to the covered deck furnished with an outdoor dining table, a private gas grill, and a ceramic smoker and prep area for those fun outdoor barbecues. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
