We enjoy Airbnb as guests but more frequently, as Hosts. Over the past 2 years, my wife and I have hosted more than 100 stays. We invite constructive feedback and we enjoying adding amenities to the properties for guests to enjoy. The houses have been professionally decorated and remodeled. The West Orange Trail goes through the bottom half of the subdivision. The neighborhood has a public park and a public basketball court. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the Publix shopping center and nearby restaurants. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway in front of the house.
