For a pleasant drive, venture eight miles west to the charming town of Rosemary Beach, located along the scenic 30A route. This serene eighth-floor condo and discover a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen with a full suite of major appliances, a dining table for mealtimes or game nights, and a comfortable living area with plush seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. This condo also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your stay. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The Riptide Bar and Grill is seasonal. Beach services (chairs, umbrellas, and watersports) are only seasonal and available for an additional fee. Please note that all East Tower Amenities (frog pad, lazy river, and East Tower pool) are not heated. The west side pool is heated during the winter season.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 14. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
