One Stop from Reagan National airport, 3 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to city regulations and seasonal cycles, to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (Oct 15 - May 1) AC in full operation (May 15 - Oct 1) Between transitions, the operation of the HVAC is at the discretion of the building association according to the outside temperature. Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression. Only 1 parking spot will be available for your stay, this service is non-refundable and subject to availability. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival.
