St Augustine Beach Condo is 3 mins walk to a pet friendly beach and multiple eating places including a Starbucks for your morning coffee to watch sunrises. Anastasia State Park where you can bike, watch birds and turtles and explore pristine beaches or use the "Y", is literally across the road. The Amphitheater and historic St Augustine are mins away by car. The unit is equipped for cooking, teas and coffees and filtered water - so no plastic. You are beach ready with towels and equipment.

Paul and I are Aussies currently living in USA. My crocodile Dundee and I have been married for 50 years - to each other! We love travel and meeting new people. We originally had our home listed with a management company but truly miss interaction with our guests. We prefer the personal touch and touching base with our guests their stories. We also co- host an airstream farm stay on Eastern Shore Virginia at Cape Charles where we again meet people and share stories around the fire pit. St Augustine Beach is only a 3 min walk, as well as restaurants and cafes. Our area is quiet despite being close to the beach. Anastasia Island is a haven for birds and turtles along the spectacular beach. We are also close to a "Y" which you can join for short periods. The St Augustine Amphitheater which holds regular concerts is nearby as well. Only a 10 min drive depending on Lionbridge closure and you are in the historical town of St Augustine. Further south you can drive onto Butler Beach via Matanzas Ramp, which is a few minutes south from our unit. From March 1 through September 30, vehicles are required to pay a vehicle access toll and obtain a beach pass to drive onto the beach. 4x4 is highly recommended. We have allotted free parking spots with easy access but not designated. There is a nearby bike hire place, as well as the hiring places in town for cute little bubble cars to get around St Augustine. We also have a bus time table in to St Augustine which you can find in our folder in the cupboard.
