This Girdwood property boasts a quiet location with lovely views from the third-floor balcony and a jetted tub. It's comprised of two rentals, which can each be rented separately to accommodate your group. Alyeska Resort is a mile away and offers year-round activities, including downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and mountain biking. Other activities include day tours and excursions, rafting, and sea kayaking. Local festivals include the Forest Fair in July and the Blueberry Festival in August. This home features a well-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, books, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player for entertainment, a wood stove, and all the comforts of home. Soak up mountain views and sunshine on the deck outside in your downtime. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). 4x4 vehicles are required in the winter weather months. This house is located on a hillside with a steep driveway section. Please watch for snowy and icy conditions on the driveway, wear good traction shoes, and park in the street if needed. A damage waiver, covering up to 2 dollars,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
