This home is also two and a half miles from Lackland Air Force Base where families come to attend the Basic Military Training graduations every week on Thursdays. This sunny home enjoys an enclosed backyard. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home features a welcoming living area where the entire group can spread out comfortably and stream favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. If you are not in the mood to watch TV, feel free to break out any of the provided board games and get ready for an entertaining evening at home! The well-equipped kitchen has all the essentials to surprise your loved ones with their favorite recipes. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the small coffee corner with a Keurig coffee maker. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
