My wife and I, along with her parents, bought this historic building in downtown Hot Springs. We spent the last 1+ years completing a total rehab on this beautiful building. With the help of family, a great contractor, and a vision for the right design, we finished the project March 2024. We love this building and its absolutely perfect location.
