This beautiful house in the heart of Birmingham, MI is in the hub of all Michigan has to offer. Only 1 minute from downtown Birmingham and downtown Royal Oak. Near the best cuisines, cafes, bars, breweries, and so much more. Perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, staycation, or cozy home base while exploring Michigan. This is the go-to modern and cozy spot made perfect. This house is a one-story house with a fully finished basement. It has three bedrooms all on the main floor. On the main floor, you have the dining room, living room, kitchen, and entrance to the backyard. By the kitchen, you have access to the basement. The basement has a nice yoga station to break a sweat while watching TV. You will also have a full bathroom and a laundry room downstairs. Guests will have access to the entire house, and will not have to share the house with anyone. The backyard is open to the guest and will have the backyard with a patio and a grill.
