*Annual Pool Maintenance: Sugar Beach pool is closed 2 weeks each September for repairs and maintenance. During this time, the pool area—including the dry sauna—will be completely closed to ensure guest safety. Sugar Beach Resort is an oceanfront property located on Maalaea Bay's longest stretch of uninterrupted shore, Sugar Beach. This property is just steps from Sugar Beach’s walkable five-mile stretch of soft, sandy shoreline, ideal for morning strolls, sightseeing, and water activities. In addition to grass and beach areas to relax on, in the provided loungers, Sugar Beach Resort includes; a beautiful beachfront saltwater pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and BBQ area for guests. With its central island location, it is close to the best shopping, dining, and outdoor activities across the island. There are no resort or parking fees.  My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.
