This one-of-a-kind home is situated in a hollow on one of the most beautiful frontages of the Mad River in Warren, Vermont. Located directly across the river from the center of Warren Village, this newly renovated adorable house has a brand-new high-end kitchen, new floors, paint, and linens. The main suite overlooks the river and has a propane fireplace and spa-like bathroom. You will experience a feeling of retreat from the hectic life tucked into the hollow along the water. As the only house on the river bank on the same side of the river, you'll have plenty of privacy to truly get away from it all. WHAT’S NEARBY Enjoy a short walk to the village and enjoy The Warren Store for breakfast, lunch, shopping at the boutique, or groceries. Enjoy a swim at your doorstep or wading in the river. Sugarbush South base area is only two and a half miles up the hill, while Resort and Mad River Ski areas are only a few miles further. Enjoy all Vermont has to offer in one of the finest central locations. Vermont's favorite, Warren Falls, is less than two miles away, and if you're adventurous enough, you can try cliff-jumping! Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
