We offer beach vacation rentals and property management services in Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and Topsail Island, NC. Each beach rental comes with fresh linens, essential paper products, beach accessories, kitchen utensils, etc., to avoid the hassle of bringing your own. Most importantly, we strive to make your vacation a relaxing one!

This suite is located on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking our saltwater pool. Two televisions are provided for viewing in both the bedroom and the living area. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a Murphy-style queen-size bed in the living room that allows for a flexible sleeping arrangement in the suite. The interior of the updated condo boasts all the comforts of home. The fully equipped kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, two-burner cooktop and dishwasher. The basic pots and pans are provided for cooking simple meals. There is a Keurig coffee pot and an ice maker in the refrigerator. This is the perfect location as it is within walking distance to shopping, a wide range of restaurants for dining out, and a local grocery store. There is a guest laundry facility located on our second floor. PARKING at Summer Sands is VERY RESTRICTED. There are parking spaces sufficient to allow ONE car per unit. One parking pass will be issued for the unit. INCLUDED: WIFI and linens, including all bedding + bath towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. DISCLAIMER: The common areas of Summer Sands are equipped with security cameras; this does include the area of the community swimming pool. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. A pet fee will be added after booking. **Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws.** Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be texted to you after booking.
