You'll also enjoy views of the nearby golf course from the clean and crisp bedroom complete with a queen bed and full en suite bathroom. Rest easy in the cooling central air conditioning, and prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen that includes full-size appliances, a two-corner counter, and useful small appliances like a slow cooker and blender. There's space to prepare anything you'd like and plenty of room to enjoy it together. Things to Know Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are 30 dollars per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are 6 dollars per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 10. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
