Do you hear that? Its the Ocean calling you from this well-designed, fully supplied beach home. We have thought of everything you will need to ensure you have an awesome beach time! **IF THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AVAILABLE, PLEASE SEE SUNNY DELIGHT II Beach chairs, umbrella, games, rolling cooler with a wagon to tote it all to the beach. Bike or walk around the area, grill out on the patio and enjoy the picnic table with oversized umbrella and beach towels. Enough bath towels for you and your guests. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available. Bathroom amenity basket in case you forget anything. Sunrise or sunset walks on the beach is less than 5 minutes away. The tans may fade, your memories will last forever! The space *we are considered "beach side," to the local area as we are East of highway A1A *3 easy blocks to the BEACH, 5 min to PORT, 15 min KSC and 45 min to DISNEY! *15 min to Downtown Cocoa Beach! Short distance to restaurants, night life, shops, groceries and all that Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach have to offer. **AMAZING OUTDOOR SPACE** This Property is set up to host Vacations. *Beach Gear, Towels, Umbrellas, Chairs, Coolers, Sand Toys, and Kids Toys, bicycles. *Full Kitchen with EVERYTHING you need *Bathroom stocked just in case you forget something (starter pack of toiletries) *2 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom; Outdoor patio, grill and games NOTE: King bed (we had complaints) updated 1/6/2025, come and enjoy.
New owners! Same great property! We are originally from NJ, then lived in Virginia Beach, VA before finally landing here on the Space Coast! What an AMAZING community it is here! We love to travel, and are so lucky to call this area home. We love to support our community and share the beautiful and vibrant area with you!
Quiet neighborhood, 4 minutes until you hit the beach, less if you drive :) Kennedy Space Center is less than 15 minutes. Hopefully you can catch a launch, they never get old! So much to do: For local attractions you can visit space coast dot com!
