This completely renovated, two-story home sits on a mountainside overlooking the valley, with 15 acres of land that adjoins vast and serene conservation space. It's quiet and scenic yet close to everything, including historic downtown Saluda and Hendersonville. Find hiking trails and waterfalls in every direction, family-friendly tubing and kayaking on the Green River, and unforgettable thrills at the Gorge Zipline, four miles away. The setting here is exceptional, whether you're beginning the day on the flagstone meditation plateau or ending the evening with s'mores and stories around the firepit. There's an outdoor space for every occasion - a screened veranda for your morning coffee, a dining deck and a gas grill for lunchtime barbecues, and an expansive sundeck for taking in the panoramic view from cushioned lounge chairs. Inside the house, floor-to-ceiling windows bring the same breathtaking view into almost every room. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
