Welcome to the Newly Renovated quiet Sunrise Suites Condo on the southeast side of Key West, just two miles from Smathers Beach, where aqua blue waters & loungers await and only minutes away from famous downtown Duval Street restaurants, attractions, and nightlife. This is the perfect family- and dog-friendly condo with a private balcony and en suite washer/dryer. Your stay includes access to all your must-haves: a private parking spot, hot tub, heated pool, walking paths, biking trails, and tennis court. Spread out in this corner condo on the fourth floor, with elevator or stair access! Sleeping up to six, the primary bedroom features a king bed with wraparound windows, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the full hall bathroom, or enjoy the queen sofa bed for more guests! All of your cooking essentials are provided in the kitchen, along with ample countertop space, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker for your morning brew. There is central air-conditioning at this unit as well as internet, TV, and cable. Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. You will receive a personalized access code to enter the home before check-in. You can take advantage of the shared hot tub, pool, and tennis courts. Saint Kitts Suite is inside the Sunrise Suites Resort Community, just minutes from the world-famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries, and nightlife. You can find a corner store, spa, and walking and biking trails in the community. It is also just a short drive from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square.
