This oceanfront condo is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach and the Gearhart Golf Links, so come prepared for a fun weekend with both surf and turf options! As you pull up to the home, you’ll notice it’s behind a fenced area that contains a patio space with a table seating four and two colorful Adirondack chairs where you can sit and chat with friends. Enjoy crisp coastal air and briny breezes as you get the weekend kicked off with some barbecuing on your electric grill, provided here on the patio. The home itself is appointed with beach and maritime touches throughout: wood panels reminiscent of a ship’s hull make up the ceiling, framed paintings showing ocean vistas and coastal landscapes hang on the walls, and the light colors chosen for the furnishings reflect a casual beach house vibe. Head through the sea-blue front door and peer down the hallway for your first view of the spacious interior. Just around the corner to your right lies the bedroom with a plush king-size bed atop a black wooden platform. Lay down on the bed to experience the supreme comfort of high thread count sheets and oversized pillows (we won’t blame you if you don’t want to get up!). On both sides of the bed sit modern lamps atop black wood nightstands and, with a large bay window behind the headrest, offer plenty of light in the room. In front of the bed, in the corner of the room, are one of two flatscreen TVs for movie nights.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
