You'll be within a mile of the University of Puget Sound and less than four miles from the Tacoma Dome, the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, and the ferry to Vashon Island. Built in 1910, this home blends its century-old history with contemporary pops of color and pattern. After a day of exploring the city, come home to unwind in a front parlor with large windows, modern yet comfortable seating, and a TV to screen your favorite movies. The kitchen is well-equipped, offering bold backsplash tile, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook for cozy morning meals.
