This location is central to everything, right across from The Iconic Echo park (You can ride the Swan boats), 5min from downtown, 10min from Hollywood & Dodgers Stadium, 7min from Crypto arena, 20min from Universal Studios, 25min from BeverlyHills. Not only are you in the most central area but the balcony views of this Penthouse are one of the best in the city. This unit is the Penthouse 4th Floor(Highest). Step right outside to your huge additional Rooftop with another stunning 360 Rooftop LA view to include a TV/Lounge area, Multiple sitting areas with Fire pits, Spa Hot tub and a Pizza Oven/Grill. There is also a Fitness center located on the first floor which our guest have loved. ** PLEASE Do not sneak Pets into this property or you will have to pay a LARGE fine. Our cleaners are very allergic and the hair gets into the furniture/carpets. *We do not accept any packages to this unit. The building is very quiet during the day and at night considering how close it is to all of the happenings. This building is also very clean, modern and is a new building built in 2017. This property is very safe. The building is also very secure with a gated entry to the building and also a gated parking lot for your car. Use of the elevator is also secure, you will be given access when you book this unit. There is a security guard on site from 10pm to 8am. The Penthouse is very modern, all of the inside has been freshly painted, cleaned, new wood floors, new appliances. There is a closet for hanging clothing and also luggage racks inside the closet area. The Sofa couch pulls out to make a queen sized bed, all of the pillows and blankets can be found in the closet area. There is a full kitchen w coffee. Please see the photos for more.

There are a few really good eating spots right across from the building that you can walk to. Two of our favorites are The Tribal Cafe which is healthy foods/green juices and also Albertos Tamales right across, both are great options. I Definitely recommend the Larchmont Bungalow cafe area, which is a 5 min drive. Here you will find two cafe's which are my personal favorites, Starbucks, Habit Burger, Chipotle, Cinnaholic and there is a pizza place on the corner as well. Target is also a few streets up within walking distance from this building and there is a Starbucks inside as well. A self car wash is right down the street also. There are so many mom and pops coffee shops all in the area, healthy options in Silverlake and some really good chain restaurants also. Echo park is just a few streets up within waking distance, there you can ride the swans day or night time. There is so much to do in this area to include a 5 min uber ride to dodgers stadium, hollywood, sunset blvd, walk of fame Downtown Los angeles, crypto arena and more. This location is in the historic Filipino town.
