Vacation in style at this fairly new (2010) and very spacious 5400 sq. ft. beach home. The home is decorated with updated, high-end furnishings while maintaining the charm and feel of the Tybee cottage it replaced. The open, covered porch has plenty of seating and space for relaxing and the rooftop deck has several chaises and chairs for your total relaxation. The top floor living area is an open floor plan with the kitchen and the views showcased as the heart of the home. The living area has ample seating and is perfect for your entire vacation group to gather. The large gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with everything needed to prepare, and serve, the simplest or most elaborate cuisine. The large dining table can accommodate 8 with additional seating for 6 at the dining bar overlooking the kitchen. There is also a dining space at 2 tables on the large covered porch. There is a half bath powder room located off of the kitchen and living area convenient for all guests to use. Additional Amenities and Property Information: The fireplace is not functional.
