There’s room for the whole gang in this two-story, four-bedroom townhouse across the street from the beach. The main living space boasts gleaming hardwood floors and an open floor plan. Chefs will love the modern, roomy kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of gleaming granite countertops for prep. The rest of the gang can relax in the adjacent living area, which features cozy leather couches and a flatscreen TV. When it’s time to eat, choose either the dining area, which seats eight, or step out onto your private deck if the weather is nice and dine al fresco. The main floor also features two of the bedrooms, one with four bunks that the kids will love, and one with a queen bed. The bedrooms each have their own flatscreen TV as well, and shared access to a private deck. Downstairs you’ll find the other two bedrooms. The main suite features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a pull-out futon, perfect for a small child. There’s also an suite bathroom with a jetted tub if you need to relax after a day spent…relaxing. The second comfortable bedroom downstairs features a queen bed and its own flatscreen TV as well. You can’t go wrong with this lovely townhome–you’re close to the beach and everything Corpus Christie has to offer, with plenty of room for the whole group to spread out. Things to Know: Beach towels available Futon pops down to double bed **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
