This warm and cozy condo is the destination for an amazing southern Colorado getaway. Locals and distant travelers alike will love everything Cascade Village has to offer. From trails and perfect scenery for evening walks to ski services and a short two-mile drive to Purgatory Resort for year-round fun and relaxation. The decor perfectly complements the view outside, so you’ll bring Colorado with you when you come in for the night. Curl up on the couch and watch the fireplace glow until you head off to bed. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and plenty of space to unpack and feel at home. The bathroom is very spacious with double sinks, a large jetted tub, and tall shower. In the morning, head out to your private deck with a cup of coffee or tea to ease into the day as the sun comes up. And don’t think you have to pack everything but the kitchen sink to enjoy your time here. This rental is fully stocked with everything you will need to make this your home away from home. Just bring yourselves and the food! You’ll also have a private washer and dryer in the condo, so you can pack light and get ready for the next day without using the communal laundry. Free WiFi and a landline phone are included in the unit. The main lodge has recently been remodeled and holds many amenities that are all included in your stay. It is here that you will find a beautiful sitting area with a large fireplace to converse with friends and family. The sitting area also has WiFi to keep you connected with everyone back home.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
