Welcome to our one bedroom, one bathroom condo with incredible views of the world famous Breckenridge ski resort. Located in the heart of Breckenridge above the Aurum Food & Wine restaurant, this condo is beautifully finished and located in a brand new building completed in 2018! The location is very convenient for everything Breck has to offer at any time of the year. The condo has a private balcony and is very spacious with a great layout for couples or small groups. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and some of the best restaurants and bars in Breckenridge.
