The Bisbee Yacht Club was built in 1905 and is a prime example of the Miner’s Shack movement popular around the turn of the last century. One of our favorite features is the large, wrap around porch, which has excellent views of the surrounding landscape. This house is rustic and quirky, so if you require new and polished places, this may not be the place for you. It is furnished with an eclectic variety of furniture from around the country and the world, and every piece has a backstory. Some are based in fact, while others may be complete fiction, but everything is intended to inspire the imagination. If you are looking for a fully renovated space with big-box upgrades, oversized sofas, and fancy gadgets, this house is definitely NOT for you. The Yacht Club is a true Bisbee experience, where you can surround yourself with 120 years of history.
We are a young (ish) couple local to Bisbee, so if you would like advice of recommended places to eat or entertainment; we can direct you!
We are located up a hill in a residential area and there are steps up to the house. Just about a 10 minute walk to the Old Bisbee downtown area.
