When you don't want to go too far, the fully enclosed yard offers a private slice of sun-soaked paradise and multiple outdoor areas provide plenty of space to kick your feet up while sipping cold beverages. Updated sofas and a smart TV set the stage for casual home downtime in the living room. The immaculate full kitchen boasts a suite of sparkling stainless steel appliances equipped for culinary inspiration. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Things to Know Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
