The Cottage at Ohia Kai. TVNCU#1354, with two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have Queen Beds. There is a shared bathroom with sink, toilet, and shower, There is a food prep area. We cannot have a Stove in this unit, by Law, but we have a microwave and other appliances plus a refrigerator. ATTENTION: By order of the County of Kauai Department of Planning we are required to tell you this property is in the Tsunami Evacuation Zone. You will find in your rental information about the Evacuation Route which will take you to the closest Evacuation Center, located at Kapaa Middle School.
Both Jim and Julie are living on the property so finding information is quite easy.
We are within walking distance of Kapaa Town, public transportation and the Beach.
