Showcasing some of its history, the cottage is adorned with simple, rustic furnishings, and is not equipped with cell service. From the moment you walk inside, you will immediately feel at home amidst the classic ambiance. You'll adore cooking amidst the updated kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, as well as two bedrooms upstairs. Each is as inviting as the last, splashed with natural lighting and featuring warm wood finishes. The downstairs bedroom even has a desk if inspiration strikes as you gaze out at scenic farmland views. A private washer/dryer and direct parking in front of the cottage tie together the marvelous perks. Be sure to be extra careful during the snowy season as snow and ice can accumulate on the driveway. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
