Come stay in this beautiful home centrally located between Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island in the natural sanctuary of The Estuary adjacent to the Assawoman Bay State Wildlife Preserve where boaters, kayaking, surfers, fisherman, and other water sports lovers will also find the best that Mother Nature has to offer. Away from the hustle and bustle of beach traffic, you can enjoy the community seasonal beach shuttle from Friday through Sunday. Fancy taking in a concert? Then head over to the nearby Freeman Stage. Closer to home, you can enjoy The Estuary's incredible on-site amenities including a large community pool, sundecks, a tennis court, pickleball courts, a bocce court, a putting green, a lake with kayaks for rent, fishing, trails, an outdoor bar and grills. The house is tastefully and neutrally furnished, reflecting a subtle beach theme. Step through the front porch into a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen perfect for entertaining. The living area features plenty of seating with three sofas and a wall of windows. The fully stocked open kitchen features an oversized granite breakfast bar and island and an adjacent dining area. There is a secluded covered porch & patio backing up to trees, perfect for alfresco dining, lounging, grilling, and roasting marshmallows around the firepit. The first-floor primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom complete with dual sink vanities and a separate shower and soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms on the first floor which share a hallway full bathroom. Upstairs you have a wonderful second living area with a large TV - perfect as an additional relaxing area - along with two more bedrooms.
