You will have full reign of the top (street)level of the home. Host lives downstairs in the sun basement. You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the right hand side of the double driveway. Your private space includes a double queen and king bedroom, a full bathroom with jetted bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace and stunning views of treetops, mountains and city lights, a laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor furniture. I love traveling, getting lost and being with good friends (including my dog and my cat). I love watching my kids grow up. I enjoy music, art, theater, gardening, hiking, traveling and good food. I ‘m easy going and like to meet new people, and I'm excited about hosting. Please feel free to contact me anytime via text or email. Many times we don’t see our guests in person, and many times we do! This is a quiet, hilly, tree-lined neighborhood on the hill in Mount Tabor (an inactive volcanic forrest) 15 minutes from down town and close to many hip SE neighborhoods. We are a couple of blocks (easy walk) from Mount Tabor park with trails, tennis courts, play grounds, views of the sunset over the city, views of Mount Hood, and an easy walk down to Montavilla where you'll find an assortment of cafes, restaurants, and an iconic old movie theater. Great place for hiking, relaxing in nature, bird watching, and yet a quick drive to downtown, the airport, and many fun neighborhoods in SE, and interstate 84 which takes you East to the Columbia River Gorge and West to the Coast...both must sees.
