This cozy mountainside condo is within close proximity of, well, everything! From the famous local hot springs to Steamboat Ski Resort, just one block away, you'll have all the best restaurants, boutiques, and activities of Steamboat Springs right at your fingertips - that is, if you can ever pull yourself away from this gorgeous home! Inside, you'll find a remodeled and well-equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar with lovely stools and an adjacent dining area with a table that seats up to six dinner guests. The living room has comfortable leather furniture (a great place to entertain your friends), a gas fireplace to bring in some cozy atmosphere, and access to the private balcony - the ideal setting for a glass of evening wine with someone you love. When it's time to turn in, there is a king-size bed in the main bedroom along with an en suite bathroom boasting a walk-in shower, plus private balcony access and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin, a TV, and access to another full bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping accommodations. A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
