KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty home-cooked meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for up to six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This tri-level condo sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms. Located on the ground level, the master suite is furnished with a stately king bed and a 43” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. On the third floor, the second bedroom is furnished with a king bed and 43” TV, while the third guest room has a queen bed. A Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the rooms features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. A convenient half-bath is adjacent to the second-floor dining area. OUTDOOR AREAS Breathe the fresh coastal air from the second-story deck, furnished with patio seating for five and a coffee table. Make a splash in complex’s sparkling pool, just steps from your unit. Additional unassigned parking for one vehicle may be available on-site on a first-come, first-serve basis – but is not guaranteed.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
