Located in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, “Open Door B&B” offers a relaxed get-away in a beautiful 200-acre farm setting. Lovely views, meandering streams, a spring-fed pond, dense woods, and rolling green meadows surround the farmhouse, which has been in the family for three generations. Country roads will lead you to the nearby attractions, listed below. Only about 3 hours from NYC, Open Door has a private 2BR upstairs apartment with the option of single room rentals, or a 3rd BR for an extra fee. (The additional spacious room has 2 queen beds and a half-bath.) Besides hiking opportunities on the farm itself, we are adjacent to a nature preserve where you can enjoy local wildlife. Rental options include single room rates with a shared bath, or multi-bedroom apartment with full bath and kitchen. All rentals are for two nights or more, with single nights available for an extra cleaning fee. Accommodations are for up to 8 adults and 2 children, (with an added fee for single night stays). A self-serve continental breakfast is provided to include hot and cold cereals, milk, coffee, juice, bread, and fresh eggs.

Despite being in the country side, there are still kids, slow moving vehicles, and wild life on the road, so drive cautiously! Much appreciated.
