Our neighborhood in Manitou Springs is walkable to countless neighborhood shops, restaurants and a local park. It is a fun place to explore on foot. During the spring and summer, Manitou Springs is most active with people visiting from all over the United States since it is part of a national historic district. During the fall and winter it is much quieter. Both times of year are very enjoyable and creates a unique experience when visiting this National Historic District. It is very easy to get around on foot in Manitou Springs. The downtown area is a pedestrian’s dream. Biking is also an attractive option and there is a free shuttle service on the main street.
