Additionally, we are conveniently close to Hollywood and Universal Studios, accessible within approximately 25 minutes by car or by a convenient Metro ride. The residence stands out for its exceptional assortment of 1920s Batchelder tiles, renowned for their artistry and historical significance. William Batchelder, a prominent artisan in the American Arts and Crafts Movement, left his mark as a tile maker and made significant contributions as the founder of the esteemed Pasadena Playhouse.
