🌴SPECTACULAR BEACH FRONT CONDO🌴☀️ Front Row Beach Chair Service Included ☀️ This beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or even for long term stays. Emerald Isle Beach Resort is situated right on the west end of Panama City, the quiet area of the city. The Space: Unit #1009 is on the 10th floor of the building. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people. The full kitchen boasts all the amenities needed for any cook to prepare a family’s dinner. The dining area seats 4-5 people with an eat-in bar area for more guests to sit. The living room has a sofa which turns into a queen size bed, and 2 side chairs for guests to relax and watch movies on a big screen TV. Last but certainly not least is the view from the oversized patio is just a breathtaking view of the ocean. The Master Bedroom: Boasts a California King size bed with space for 2 side tables and a dresser with a TV. It opens up to a huge patio facing the ocean where you can sleep hearing the waves crashing onto the sand. The master bathroom is spacious with bath towels and complimentary toiletries provided. The Second Bedroom: Is whimsically decorated with 2 full beds, a wardrobe with a TV for your entertainment. Adjacent to the bedroom is its own spacious bathroom which also includes bath towels and complimentary toiletries. About Emerald Isle Beach Resort: 2 pools - 1st pool indoor/outdoor seasonally heated; 2nd pool non-heated. Hot Tub, Gym/Fitness center (open during business hrs), Sauna, Pool Deck with patio furniture for seating and lounging, Gas BBQ Grills. Guests must go to unit #406(4th Floor) to purchase parking pass and wristband 40. It covers 1 vehicle and 6 guests for wristbands. Office hours are between 9am- 3pm CST. If you should arrive after office hours, you can get your passes the next morning. Wristbands must be worn on the property during your stay. You must display the parking pass at all times and only park in the spaces not reserved.
