This spacious, first-floor condo, which faces southeast with a view of the ocean, has everything you'll need for a comfortable getaway - a fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a formal dining room, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and beautiful furnishings throughout. The expansive living area features a cable TV, a VCR and a DVD player, and a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Enjoy a walk-in laundry room with a private washer/dryer and free high-speed WiFi as well. The primary bedroom suite offers a jetted tub, a walk-in closet, a cable TV with a VCR/DVD player, and balcony access through sliding glass doors. The Dunes is conveniently located in the heart of Sandbridge, where getting to the beach is a breeze. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Do not move furniture between rooms. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage.This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. They are fire hazards. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
