This is a simple, clean, comfortable and functionally designed space, centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood with access to multiple conveniences, such as Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Hospital, Pharmacies, Bakeries, Bowling, Parks, etc. It is located 25 minutes from RSW Airport, JetBlue Park - 15 min, Florida Gulf Coast University - 35 min, Gulf Coast Town Center - 25 min, Hertz Arena - 40 min, Ft Myers Beach - 45 min. Miromar Outlets - 40 min. Full kitchen so guests can prepare their own food. This property has central air, living - dining, kitchen, laundry, walk in closet, generous bedroom size with king bed, two contact lamps and USB ports. Smart TV and fans in the living room and also in the bedroom, and a work space desk. This space accommodates 3 people; 2 in the bedroom and 1 on the sofa bed. We have an outdoor smoking area.
