New central AC and furnace in 2025. From October to April the cottage rates are ~50% lower than the summer rates. It has 3 BR / 4 baths, room for 8, is fully furnished inc, AC, four flat screen smart TV’s with many streaming services you can log into using your account #, WiFi, fireplace, lake pier, kayak, 4 person paddle boat, paddle board, charcoal grill, lake side fire pit, wood, fishing poles, fishing supplies, dryer, dishwasher, toys for swimming, life jackets, floats, great fishing, and only 5 miles from Shipshewana/Middlebury. Feel free to bring your own sheets, towels, pillow cases, if you like. But we provide them as well. We also provide pillows and blankets. The detached Casita 3rd bedroom/bath has a mini fridge, microwave, smart tv and can be used from May to October, but the bathroom is winterized and the water turned off during the freezing months of Nov to March. The pier and boats can be used from May to early October when the lake is warm. The cottage has well water, but I have installed a kitchen sink filter, 4 shower filters bathroom sink filters and a water softener. Trash is picked up every Wednesday across the street in two totes. The WiFi code is on the fridge door. Before your departure please clean up, remove trash, close windows, and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived. Thanks! Min stay, 2 days summer.
