This west Kauai hotel is located across from Waimea Historic Theater, about 5 blocks from the Waimea Bridge. We offer private accommodation's with free Wi-Fi and free parking, up to one car per room. Each unit is air-conditioned room and has a Smart TV with DirecTV, including HBO. All rooms include a microwave and a refrigerator while suites offer a fully equipped kitchen for longer terms stays. The West Inn Kauai has a BBQ Pavillion for guests who wish to grill. Coin-operated laundry facilities and vending machines featuring drinks are also available. Smoking is allowed in the BBQ Pavillion area only, no smoking in rooms or on decks. The Pacific Missile Range Facility(PMRF) is 8 minutes from of the hotel and Kauai Veteran’s Memorial Hospital(KVMH) is less than 1 mile away.

Once the reservation has been made, a REQUIRED “secure link” email or and/or SMS named “Credit Card Authorization Form” will be sent to the guest and the CARDHOLDER must submit this form back to the hotel within 36 hours of receipt to retain the booking.

This is to confirm that the CARDHOLDER is authorizing the charge and for address verification so it’s important the guest provide the correct address on file with their issuing bank. Failure to submit this form within 36 hours will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

If the guest is arriving after 6:00pm they will need to contact the hotel with their check-in time and will be REQUIRED to submit a pre-arrival check-in SMS/email in order to receive their room assignment by emailing [email protected] ALL guests are required to provide ID upon check-in.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. For all room types, the property provides bi-weekly maid service, not daily maid service for reservations of 4 days or longer.
