As part of the Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf community, enjoy sun-soaked days at the expansive on-site pool, groomed beaches, and links-style golf course. Comfort awaits in the inviting living area, detailed with a full-size sleeper sofa and a 65” smart TV with Spectrum cable. The sleek kitchen is configured with ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and handy extras like a blender. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar, then sit down to a home-cooked meal at the dining table. This three-story home sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms, the loft, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. All beds are equipped with new smart foam mattresses. Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, appointed with a cloud-like king bed, a 50” smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination (this bathroom is also accessible from the hallway). The second bedroom sports a plush king bed, a 50” smart TV, a private covered balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet, a double vanity, a water closet, and a walk-in shower. The third bedroom holds a queen bed and an XL twin-size window bed, while the loft has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, an XL twin window bed, and a 60” smart TV. The adjacent third bathroom is fitted with a double vanity, a water closet, and a tub/shower combination. Step out for fresh air on your two private balconies, one of which looks out over the adjacent golf course. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
