Tastefully restored 1920 cabin with over 100ft of creek frontage in downtown Nederland. Brand new hot tub on Spacious deck. 2 Dedicated off street parking spaces. Home is completely remodeled. King bed in larger bedroom overlooks the water. Rear bedroom has a queen and twin bunk bed. Open Floorplan. Heated Clubhouse next to hot tub & deck provides additional space for entertainment. Walk to all amenities from this unique location right in Nederland’s business district tucked behind E 1st St.
I'm a local real estate agent in the Black Hawk & Nederland area. I originally came to the USA in 1991 on a golf scholarship at UCF in Orlando. I played golf, soccer and rugby for UCF then played golf and soccer semi-professionally. I've been a soccer coach for the Gilpin County kids for the past 9 years. I like to ski at Eldora and eat at all the great restaurants and coffee shops in town.
