Cleaning: Our professional cleaning team thoroughly sanitizes the home before each stay. Due to the size and nature of private residences, occasional minor oversights may occur. If there is a significant cleaning issue, please notify us promptly so we can address it. We appreciate your understanding that perfection is not always attainable in a private home. Household Items & Maintenance: This is a private residence, and appliances or systems (HVAC, water heater, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.) may occasionally require repair. While we cannot guarantee immunity from issues, we are committed to resolving any problems as quickly as possible. Amenities: Wi-Fi included; exterior Ring camera for security (outdoor areas only). Linens, towels, and basic starter amenities provided. Guests must replenish items once supplies run out. No laundry detergent, condiments, or cooking basics (salt, oil, etc.). Basic cookware provided. Reservations & Cancellations: Changes to dates or guest count may result in additional fees and rate changes. Date changes must be requested 14+ days before check-in and are subject to availability. Requests within 14 days are not guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations. Cancellation policy applies. Airbnb Trip Protection is recommended. Important Details: Families welcome, but the home is not childproof, children must be supervised at all times. Atlantic City is an urban barrier-island environment; occasional ants, insects, or small critters may be present despite preventative treatments. Beaches are free; no tags required. Beach gear not provided. Quilts are used for bedding; request extra blankets before check-in. City noise, neighboring activity, or outside odors may occasionally occur. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS & NOISE: No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).

CHECK-OUT & CLEANLINESS: Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.

SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY & PROPERTY CARE: No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations. No open flames, candles, or wax. No hair dye. Only flush toilet paper -no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.

SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY: Lock doors and windows when leaving. Missing or damaged items will be charged: Bath Towel $10 - Sheets $25 - Comforter $50 - Pillow $10 - Throw Blanket $20. We are not responsible for lost items. If found, a $25 handling fee and shipping applies. Unclaimed items after five days will be donated.

AMENITIES & SUPPLIES: Basic essentials are provided. Once they run out, guests must purchase additional supplies. One bath towel per guest is provided. Request extras before check-in.

VIOLATIONS & PENALTIES: Violations may result in: Denied entry or immediate removal without refund. Additional fees for damages, unapproved guests, or rule violations.
