Welcome to your serene retreat at the Gateway to Yosemite 28 mins to front gate, perfectly located for an easy drive to the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. There is WIFI on the property, but it is very spotty and slow. Service in the mountains is not great, so it is the perfect time to unplug and reconnect with nature. I will keep the front camera on in front of garage. We do get a bunch of wildlife - deer, fox, squirrels, next door neighbor dogs. This home is about 10 mins from Downtown Groveland where you will find cute shops and many restaurants especially the iconic Iron Door Saloon - claimed to be the first bar in California
