This home was designed with guests in mind featuring main bedrooms on both the first and second floor as well as an additional living area upstairs, equipped with another large flatscreen TV. No detail has been overlooked to ensure your comfort. The gorgeous open kitchen features granite countertops and top-of-the-line appliances fit for any Lowcountry feast. Magnificent hard surface flooring, coastal accents, and exceptional furnishings will ensure you have Tons of Fun during your Edisto vacation for years to come. Things to Know: No smoking, please. No pets, please. * The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a two-night minimum on pool heating which must be arranged through the rental office.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. An optional fee of USD 152 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
