Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the close proximity to scenic trails and mountain views. Stretch out on a living room sofa to enjoy a good movie or show on the mounted TV as the kids take advantage of the private playground next door. Use the free WiFi to work from home—or better yet, research a new recipe, pick up your groceries, and let your creativity shine in the spacious full kitchen where you'll find all the cookware and granite counter space you need to make something wonderful. Summer guests will love catching up on a favorite novel on the deck or the balcony just outside. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Although this condo is located on the property of Smugglers’ Notch Resort, this home does not participate in the Smugglers’ Notch Resort Rental program. Stays at this condo do not include certain amenities and activities offered by the resort. For access to these optional amenities and activities, guests of this home may purchase a Daycation through Smugglers’ Notch Resort.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
