This is an older neighbourhood close to downtown Indianapolis. It is a pretty safe area, although the road conditions are not ideal. But the property is located minutes from downtown for easy access. We have many guests who stayed here through booking com and also from Airbnb, and there were no issues. If you have any questions, please let us know.
